TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Limited Warranty: All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.
  2. Delivery : Product dispatches within 48 Hours on working days. Most customers receive their product(s) within 7-10 business days of placing their order. If in case particular product is not in stock then delivery may take 2-3 weeks.
  3. Cancellation: If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, please fill and submit the Contact Us form or call us as soon as possible and quote your order number . If the shipment has not left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. If it has left our facility, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days of the shipment being returned to us.
  4. Return Policy: 48Hrs After the delivery of the product, without physical damage and can apply for instant replacement for NON- working product. All return items must include original packaging along the owner’s manual, warranty card and should not show any wear or abuse with the product. It is mandatory to include the invoice copy along with the returning package/ item.
  5. Refund Policy: The refund is initiated after receiving the product back into our warehouse.
  6. Missing/Damaged Fee : For products returned with the following conditions below, a 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  1. Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
  2. Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
  3. Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.
  4. Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process
  5. Tampered / Missing barcode from the product
  6. Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant damage or missing significant accessories, like connector cables, or DC power supplies.
  1. Return Policy Exceptions: Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date using the contact us Form..
  2. Return Shipping: Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility in New Delhi.
  3. Return Process: If you would like to return a product, it is required to either submit the Contact Us form or call us as soon as possible. All returns must be authorized and the return shipment must be mailed within 3 days of receiving the original shipment. The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our facility. The refunded amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.
